Return Policy

At Urban Sainte, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to help resolve your issue.

Return Conditions

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Please make sure that items are in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact, and free from any scents or stains.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days through the original payment method. Please note that processing times by financial institutions may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. After dispatch, if you no longer want the order, you will need to return it according to our return policy.

Exchanges & Returns

Return Contact
If you would like to return a product, please email Urban-Sainte@info.com. We will provide you with all the necessary information for the return process.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning products is the customer's responsibility. We recommend sending your return with a tracking option to prevent loss.

Personalized Products
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique nature.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please include a photo in your email to our customer service. We will assist you within 24 hours with a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Address Changes
If you wish to change your address, please email us as soon as possible at Urban-Sainte@info.com. We can only process address changes before your order has been shipped.

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product? Email Urban-Sainte@info.com with your order number and the details of the desired exchange. We will take care of the rest for you.

Undelivered Orders
If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. Wait an additional 3-5 business days for possible delays. If the order still has not arrived, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
